- Get it ready. I give you a simple list of fixes and touch-ups that are worth doing, and ones that aren't.
- Market it. Professional photos, the MLS, and social media help get your home in front of buyers.
- Review offers. We go through every offer together, line by line, so you understand price, dates and conditions.
- Get to closing. I keep track of inspections, appraisal and paperwork, and I keep you updated all the way to closing.
