- Let's talk. We meet (in person, by phone, or by video) and talk about what you want, where you want to live, and your budget.
- Get pre-approved. A lender looks at your income and credit and tells you how much you can borrow. Sellers want to see this letter.
- Tour homes. I set up showings and tell you what I see, the good and the not-so-good.
- Make an offer. I help you pick a smart price and terms, and I handle the back-and-forth with the seller's agent.
- Inspection and appraisal. A home inspector checks the house. The lender's appraiser checks the value. I help you decide what to ask for if something comes up.
- Closing day! You sign the papers and get your keys. Welcome home!
